Aspects to take into account to collect the merchandise at our facilities:
- Clients can organize the collection themselves or through a transport company contracted by the client for this purpose, at any time within the working hours established in Ameritrading Liquidations.
- Products must be picked up within 3 business days of purchase. When products are not picked up within this time period, daily storage fees of 2% of the total invoice amount apply.
- When picking up merchandise in person, please be sure to bring a vehicle large enough to accommodate all merchandise you purchase.
- Make sure you have enough straps and / or straps to secure your shipment when appropriate.
- Please dispose of any unwanted items or materials in the trash containers provided; DO NOT leave discarded items or garbage in the parking lot.
- If you are leaving your wooden pallets or pallets, return them to the designated area or ask a member of the Ameritrading Liquidations team for assistance.
- Assistance to help you load merchandise is limited. If you sign a Potential Damage Disclaimer, team members will help you load full pallets by forklift into your transport or vehicle, but team members cannot help you manually load any products.
- Please note that heavy machinery operates in our warehouse, parking lot, and loading yard, so always use extreme caution. Keep pets and children near you or in your vehicle.
Aspects to take into account when the merchandise is shipped internationally:
- Freight containers are often the most cost-effective way to ship large quantities of merchandise abroad.
- Sea freight can vary considerably for a full container, depending on the size (20 ′, 40 ′, 45 ′) and its destination.
- Many countries may have restrictions on certain products that can be imported and some goods may be completely import restricted.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed of the particular restrictions that may or may not exist in the country to which the products are shipped. Ameritrading Liquidations is not responsible for merchandise seized or rejected at customs in a certain country as a result of the regulations or laws applicable to that country.
- Contact your agent or customs representative and also make sure you are informed of the procedures, requirements and costs associated with the importation of your goods, so that you can successfully and smoothly carry out the entire customs and import process in general.
- Due to the nature of our business, sometimes we are unable to provide a detailed manifest of exactly what comes in boxes, pallets, batches or full loads of merchandise, so keep in mind that in the vast majority of cases , the orders are sent and go through customs without this representing any inconvenience.
